I’m a Young Family. How do I know if I qualify for financial assistance?

If you are a young family trying to pre-qualify for a home and are just short of approval, you must work with your bank, lender or mortgage broker to learn more about financial assistance through Young Family’s Foundation.

We will work directly with our local lending partners to support families. Eligibility for mortgage assistance depends on several factors. Review our eligibility guidelines here.

Yes. You will receive a receipt with EIN # via email once you have donated.

If I’m not able to make a monetary donation, are there other ways I can contribute?

How much down payment assistance does YFF provide?

When eligibility has been met & funding is available, Young Family’s Foundation will provide the amount needed to fill the gap and close on the home purchase, provided the assistance needed does not exceed $20,000.

Does the Down Payment Assitance have to be paid back?

Accepted Answer

Any assistance you receive from Young Family’s Foundation does not have to be paid back provided you live in the house for at least 3 years.
